Menu Visibility by Role

Choose which sidebar menu items each role can see. Admin always sees everything.

Lead Auto-Assignment

By default, new leads are unassigned and wait for a Supervisor to assign them. Turn this on per market to route specific lead sources directly to a specific agent.

Data Access Control (ACL)

Controls what records each role can see/edit. "Own" = only their own records. "Team" = their team's records. "All" = everything.

Supervisor Access

Choose what each supervisor can see. Normally: all agents, or only the agents you tick. With Country-wise supervisors switched on: only the countries you tick, including unassigned leads and the follow-ups, site visits, meetings and calls of that country. This is saved as CRM team membership. An agent only ever sees his own items. Needs the admin login.

(off = one supervisor group: the agent mapping below applies)

SLA Policy Settings

These numbers decide which tab a lead appears in (New, SLA Breached, Overdue, Stale, Stalled) on the Agent and Supervisor dashboards. One set per country, saved in the CRM so everyone sees the same tabs. The background alert engine follows them after its own update.

A New lead with no first contact after this time is 'SLA Breached'
An open follow-up is 'Overdue' this many minutes after its due time (0 = as soon as it is due)
'Stale': no change on the lead for this many days
'Aging': lead open for more than this many days
'Stalled': no activity and no future follow-up for this many days
Escalate if a lead stays unassigned for more than this time

Alert Delivery Settings

Configure who receives which alerts per country, and how (CRM notification / WhatsApp / Email).
